A Quick Note about Cookie Orders

Cookie Payment Policy

 

 Booking & Retainer

• Orders under $100.00 require full payment to book.

• Larger orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

• Your date is not reserved until payment is received.

• Inquiries do not hold your spot on our calendar.

Final Balance Due Date

• Remaining balances must be paid 2 days before pickup.

• Failure to pay the balance cancels your order automatically.

• Reminder emails are sent three days before the due date

Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept Interac e-Transfer sent to zulu13@me.com

• Cash is only accepted for the final balance by prior agreement.

• Personal cheques are not accepted under any circumstances

Cancellations & Refunds​

• Retainers are completely non-refundable to cover ingredient prep costs.

• Cancellations are non refundable due to the nature of custom orders.

• This policy applies because custom orders cannot be rebooked last minute

Order Changes​

• We cannot decrease order sizes below our 1 dozen minimum
